What does Whai Marama Youth Connex do?

 - Youth Transitions Services - Career development     and support for 15 - 19 year olds.
Youth Transition Service – a Service in conjunction with MSD and Mayors Taskforce for Jobs. Targeted at youth who have left school or leaving school without a plan for positive activity. Delivered in the community and in schools. Coaches work 1 on 1 and in groups to identify strengths, overcome weaknesses and plan a career pathway. YTS works with other Social and Health Services to achieve the best outcomes for our Rangatahi.

**SOUTHERN WAIKATO DHB - King Country, part of Waipa (excluding Cambridge) and Taumaranui ward of the Ruapehu region - including towns of Te Awamutu, Tokoroa, Putaruru, Otorohanga, Te Kuiti and Taumaranui.
 - Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions Services (ICAMHAS) for 0 - 19 year olds.

This Service is for infants, children and young people who are experiencing significant impacts in their life because of moderate to severe Mental Health and Alcohol or Drug Addiction. The ICAMHAS Sector has recently been restructured to a partnership model of delivery. In the Southern Waikato DHB our partners are:
